Love the hat but not a good experience. Didn’t receive the hat and after no response to repeated emails I had to get PayPal involved to receive my item. Hat finally arrived with no explanation to delay or lack of response to my emails. I had ordered from them before with no problems. Reluctant to order again.

Hat is made well, soft enough so it is comfortable but holds it shape even after folding it for travel. It fits extremely well with the adjustable strap. I would definitely recommend this hat.
